Over the years Amazon has grown tremendously and one of the big reasons for that is their amazing customer service. Its very rare that Amazon makes a mistake but when they do they are quick to fix it and often times they will go out of their way to make it right with customers. There are multiple stories where customers received two products when they ordered one and Amazon simply told the customer to keep the extra product. If something is not received on time they will often give store credit, gift cards, and at times offer a full refund while letting you keep the product.
